For those who know me well - you know that I'm obsessed with interiors, and probably should have become an interior designer in another life. Yep. Even at Uni when we were given dorms for a year people would ask me to decorate their rooms, or give advice. Really I probably should have charged, would have been food for months!

I think that quality, accent pieces can really make or break a home. So I recently picked up this cool ladder and twin set of metal stools from Westwing. What I love about ladders as interior accents is that you can do near anything and everything that you want with them. For instance, (I now have 3 ladders in my apartment, no shame) I have one in my bathroom to hold towers, another in my hallway to hold coat hangers and snapbacks, and then one last one in my bedroom to hang all my necklaces. Stools are another one of those amazingly versatile pieces, 'you mean, you can actually use them for things other than sitting...whaaaat'. I use stools as plant props, for actual sitting, as a bookstand or as a handy seat for in my hallway, when people need to put on or take off shoes. The options are endless. Ufff! What are your favourite, most versatile pieces of furniture?

I'm probably going to start doing more interior posts like this one, showing you several details of my home, would you guys like to see that? What inspires you for your interiors? How would you describe your interior style?
